Recruitment Consultant – Temps Desk
Reed Romford are seeking a new recruitment consultant to join our close-knit Business Support team, covering the wider Romford area, working from our Stratford Office, an office with a combined 200 years of recruitment experience.

Position: Recruitment Consultant – Reed Education, Plymouth
Salary: £24,000-£38,000 plus uncapped commission OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

What does the role entail?
Maintaining and developing business from existing schools and converting schools that don’t use to ‘users’. High volumes of phone based sales calls. Your desk will grow and develop from high levels of activity which is the cornerstone of this role. You will be expected to attend client meetings and convert non users to active clients and interview and grow your pool of candidates. KPI targets will be set and audit and compliance requirements must be met working in the education sector.

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge or perhaps you are interested in working in Recruitment with a background in Sales?

Senior Trainer
Our learning and development team are looking for a Senior Trainer to their team.
Your role will include design and delivery of sales skills, customer service and soft skills training to enable co-members to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.
