As a trusted member of our high profile central contracts sales team, you will join this tight group of highly talented Sales experts at an unprecedented time of market buoyancy in being responsible for managing the end to end sales cycle in delivering new, profitable cross-industry contract wins across the London area.
Set up to succeed, you will be equipped to realise the high earnings potential, enabled through access to a solid client base with the tools support around you to own the sale, win business.
Your success will be held up simply what is delivered in three critical areas;
1) fairly set revenue targets
2) proactive external client facing activities
3) engagement feedback/scoring from our key internal stakeholders.
The Required Experience;
Evidenced sales excellence with either a;
– Solid recruitment background at Senior Consultant or above grade
– Business to Business sales environment engaging at Director level plus
Whilst relevant industry background holds weight, the right person and skills set hold precedent over industry background.

Reed are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Sales/Retail professional to join our Business Support team in the City office, please note that we offer dynamic working where you can split your time between working from home and the office.
You will ultimately be matching the right people to the right opportunity by sourcing candidates looking for a new opportunity and introducing them to clients whilst delivering a high-quality service, which is why Reed is the recruiter of choice for so many.

This is a 360 role so includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant role, just some of the duties are:
- Identifying, generating and maintain a pipeline of business within your market
- Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues

- Writing job specifications
- Spotting opportunities for short, medium and long term wins.

To succeed in recruitment you certainly need sales ability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. You should be able to deliver professional and credible verbal and written communication to both candidates and clients.It is a rewarding and fast paced environment, you need to be driven to consistently exceed KPI targets. Most of the role of a consultant is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high quality service to candidates and clients.
