RPO Talent Leader
We are looking for an experienced recruiter/manager to join our successful and growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing team in Northampton (RPO). This is working with our contract client base and therefore means no need to make sales calls as the contracts have already been won – instead you’ll be able to focus on the parts of recruitment that you love the most, building strong relationships with your clients and sourcing the best talent/candidates to suit their needs.
Job Role: Recruitment Talent Lead
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on your previous level of experience) + 20% bonus
Location: Brackmills, Northampton (please note we offer free parking onsite) – we offer flexible working where you can work 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Business Development Manager

Resourcing Business Partner
This position offers the right individual the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience with a range of strategic clients across both RPO and MSP, working closely with newly implemented accounts as well as long standing clients. You’ll be giving our clients a best-in-class service and you will be key to successfully delivering high profile recruitment projects. No two days will be the same working with a portfolio of clients including several Account of the Year nominees.
If you have experience delivering complex recruitment requirements (either high volume or specialised) and can demonstrate a high standard of service to your clients, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career in Account Management.
Head of Delivery
We are a fast growing and exciting Reed business that focus on delivery of consultancy and project services. This role will be reporting in to our Delivery Director and will oversee the delivery all of our account management services. This will be a broad role that will cover a number of industry sectors, project delivery approaches and client industry types. As such the successful person will have the opportunity to lead a high performing team, grow that team, develop alongside our senior and associate consultants as well as influence the direction of the business.
- Location = Victoria, London (please note that we offer dynamic working where you can split your time between working from home and the office)
- Salary = £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus
- Hours = Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Northampton is the hub for a number of our teams working in Talent Solutions, mainly RPO and MSP.
