Now for something a little different, we are not your traditional recruitment business. We support our clients in delivering outcome-based projects and solutions as well as providing a procurement service to customers.

The team which is spread across the UK specialise in specific practice areas. Those practice areas include Services Procurement, Care, HR, Technology, Business Services and Security. Co-members (our term for employees) work with their clients to understand the outsourced project requirements in their area of expertise. Once agreed Consultancy+ support the delivery and outputs of the project.

One example of how our teams support their clients is in delivering outcome-based projects and solutions as well as providing a procurement service to customers. The team specialise in specific practice areas. Practice areas include Services Procurement, Care, HR, Tech, Business Services and Secure. Our consultants work with their clients to understand the outsourced project requirements in their area of expertise. Once agreed C+ support the delivery and outputs of the project. Project delivery teams are also responsible for growing new project opportunities within those clients.

Each practice area has Principal Consultants who sell solutions to new prospective clients. Once a project has been identified the team collaborate with other  delivery consultants across Reed to ensure it is appropriately resourced, ensuring project success. Within C+ we also have a project management office function and supplier relationships function to assist with delivery.
We have a really diverse team who have joined us with a range of experience and backgrounds. A career within C+ can be an excellent transition from Project Management, 360 recruitment or account management.
