Screening Support – Kickstart Scheme

The purpose of the Screening Support role is to give a participant on the Kickstart scheme an opportunity to gain valuable insight and practical experience of working within the recruitment sector.
The role will work alongside a Screening Executive or across a team to learn how to effectively screen candidates for our customer businesses. The Screening Support role will also present an opportunity, to learn how to support with administration relating to recruitment activity and compliance within the office environment.

The main objective of being a Business Manger within your operations, will be to increase profitability by retaining, recruiting & managing the performance of your direct reports, ensuring targets are met, together with growing & developing your client base to gain the greatest market share. Coupled with this, it will be your personal responsibility to lead by example, developing your own market, to add to the overall growing function of your business.
