  Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
• Location: Hatfield, AL10 (blended home and office working)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in full 360 recruitment processes.
• Manage and grow your own desk, showcasing entrepreneurial skills.
• Conduct strategic business development through B2B sales calls and written sales.
• Source candidates using the Reed.co.uk database (the UK’s largest CV database) and Indeed.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates.
• Negotiate and close deals with both clients and candidates
• Administrative tasks i.e. payroll, referencing and compliance checks for temps in booking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple demands while delivering a fast-paced, high-quality service.
• Strong organisation skills
• Financial motivation and a hunger for career progression.
• Competitive nature and a robust work ethic.
