Recruitment Consultant – Temps Desk

Our Reed team in Bristol are recruiting for the business support division based as a Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team. 

Job Role: Permanents Consultant – Business Support covering Bristol

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus uncapped bonus 

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role?

Our Reed Bristol team is recruiting for our business support division looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the Bristol area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.

Who would suit this role?

We are relatively open to experience; however, you will ideally have client facing/sales/account management or similar experience. You will also need the right mindset to be driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, tenacious, good at relationship building and confident on the phone are key.
