Reed Docklands are seeking a new Recruitment Consultant to join our small Business Support team. We are passionate about what we do, which is delivering first class recruitment services to candidates and clients across the Docklands area and are looking for someone who shares our passion. 

Day to day of the role:
  • Engage in strategic business development through B2B sales calls to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Source candidates actively seeking new roles using various methods.
  • Match candidates with both existing and new clients, arranging interviews and facilitating meetings.
  • Market Reed’s recruitment services across diverse channels to attract new business.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality service.
  • Resilience and dedication to achieving success in a competitive market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
