Our Reed team in Bristol are recruiting for the accountancy division based as a Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team. We currently have a very successful Temporaries Consultant covering this market and location, so we want to bring in a Permanents Consultant to work alongside her to further grow the perms remit that we already know is there.
Job Role: Permanents Consultant – Accountancy covering Bristol
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.
Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum plus bonus – but open to negotiate for recruitment experience
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent
What is the role?
Our Reed Bristol team is recruiting for our accountancy division looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the Bristol area.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.
