RPO Talent Specialist

  • Annual Salary: £22,500 per annum
  • Location: Brackmills, Northampton
  • Job Type: Full-time, 6 month FTC (potential to go permanent)

We are looking for a dedicated RPO Talent Specialist to take on the responsibility of supporting the recruitment of high-calibre candidates to fill a high volume of current and potential roles from clients. The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer, while maintaining full adherence to agreed client processes.

We are open to candidates who have excellent attention to details and can demonstrate experience of working in customer service. 

Day to day of the role:

  • Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment requirements.
  • Creating and posting job advertisements to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Processing applications and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handling candidate and client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Adhering to client processes and procedures to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Collaborating with co-members to ensure the overall successful fulfilment of client vacancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working to targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience in a process-driven environment is essential.
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with the full MS Office package.
  • A collaborative team player who can work well with colleagues and clients.
