Recruitment Consultant – Temps Desk

Join our dynamic team in Maidstone as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on temporary recruitment within the business support sector across Kent. This role is ideal for someone who is keen on developing new client relationships and nurturing them into long-term profitable partnerships through effective business development and account management. You will also be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Actively source and qualify candidates to meet client needs.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong market relationships.
• Work towards improving recruitment efficiency and processes.
• Ensure all candidates comply with eligibility to work in the UK.
• Balance business development with account management to grow your client base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
