Recruitment Consultant – Perms Desk

Day to Day of the role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to closing deals.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, referrals, and headhunting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing top-notch service and advice.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively with both clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Strong sales acumen, able to identify new business opportunities and sell services effectively.
• Resilient, with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
• Team player, willing to share ideas and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
