Recruitment Consultant

  • Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team specialising in accountancy recruitment. This role is not only professionally rewarding but also offers excellent earning potential and a clear career path. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will engage in business development, client meetings, candidate sourcing, and negotiation of offers, playing a key role in the growth of our business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop business with new clients over the phone and through other communication channels.
  • Attend business meetings with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Maintain and enhance working relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for further business.
  • Source candidates to match your clients’ recruitment needs, using various sourcing strategies.
  • Advertise vacancies attractively to draw in the best candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for client interviews.
  • Negotiate offers between your clients and candidates to ensure a successful placement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role involving business development and client management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Driven and ambitious with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
