We are looking for a dedicated Talent On-boarding Specialist to join our Talent Engagement Team. This role is pivotal in providing a seamless on-boarding experience for new talent, ensuring high compliance vetting, and enhancing the candidate journey. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Day to Day of the role:
- Complete all on-boarding administration duties for new starters, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date profiles in our database and ensure all details are accurate.
- Manage Disclosure Scotland and DBS checks when required.
- Liaise with internal teams such as REED Screening to ensure all on-boarding processes meet contractual and legislative standards.
- Handle candidate and client queries regarding start dates and manage expectations.
- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams on contractor management.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required within the scope of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer or client-facing role delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in administration within a demanding, process-driven environment.
- Effective verbal, written, and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to succeed in the role.
