We are seeking an experienced accountancy and finance recruitment manager looking to secure and further build their career. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead our team in Brighton with a prime focus on the accountancy and finance teams. This high-potential role offers the chance to grow and develop the specialism and expand the team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead by example, supporting consultants in winning business and filling jobs.
  • Manage your division with full P&L control.
  • Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs that reflect the value of input/output required for growth.
  • Win new clients and manage existing relationships.
  • Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of development.
  • Manage and enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams consistently over time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accountancy & finance recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Adept at setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
