Director of Reed Screening and Group Risk recognised at the Annual Recruiter awards.

We are thrilled to be able to congratulate Keith Rosser for being awarded the Recruitment Impact Award 2023 at the Recruiter awards

Keith has been a driving force in the UK’s recruitment industry, with a focus on digital identity, safe hiring and job seeking online or background screening. He is also an avid supporter of the UK’s job seeking community, law enforcement, and anyone who could be threatened by unsafe and illegal hiring activity online. Keith is ambitious for our industry and for best practices in hiring and the labour market itself.

Starting his career with Reed’s original Health Care business over 20 years ago, Keith’s career has been driven by a passion for pioneering the future of UK hiring. Reed Screening developed a concept to make “UK hiring the fastest globally” which has now been heard and agreed in UK Parliament.

The Recruiter Awards is the UK’s largest event for the entire recruitment community recognising outstanding achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters. Keith was selected for the award without nominations or shortlisting, but as someone that the industry recognises in having made an impact in our industry.

Congratulating Keith on his award, Global MD Ian Nicholas said

It’s great to see that the whole sector values Keith’s work, whilst we obviously value the great work that he does here at Reed”

Reflecting on his career with Reed, Keith added –

“Reed have always supported me in my career. I lose track of the number of different roles I’ve have had at Reed in my 20 years, always adding to my CV and supporting my continued development. They have also supported my external work which is designed to promote Reed and at the same time allowing me to try new ways of engaging clients.”

There were many examples given of the fantastic work Keith has done in the recruitment industry during the speech delivered by Richard Ayoade, the closing remarks summing up his work best.

“Keith is ambitious for our industry and for best practices in hiring and the labour market itself – and he is an exceptional ambassador for all of us across the borders of politics, governance and business

itself”.
