Dynamic Working gives co-members (our name for our employees) the flexibility to determine the best ways of working for them, whilst ensuring every co-member feels connected and part of a team, no matter when or where they’re working.

As a general guide, most roles in Reed & Reed.co.uk  will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week, as well as being able to flex their working hours around key commitments and activities whilst also fitting in with Reed’s ‘core hours’ commitments to its customers.
