This quarter, Reed Talent Solutions' internal 'RTS Venture' initiative is campaigning to inform, educate and inspire our co-members on environmental, social and governance (ESG). ♻

In our fast-paced world of fashion, where trends come and go, we're standing strong for sustainability and community support. 💚 

As part of this, for the second year running, our Reed and RTS co-members in Northampton rolled up their sleeves for a wardrobe detox. 👖👔👗

Our collective purpose has been to gather clothing donations for the @northamptonhope Centre, a local charity that’s a lifeline for those in need, including those facing homelessness, hunger and other hardships. 👐

We will soon be dropping off 22 bags (and counting) full of pre-loved threads. These clothes are about to get a second life, bringing warmth and smiles to new faces. 😊

A big shoutout to our generous co-members for their ongoing commitment to improving lives through work. 🙌

Reed has a range of ‘Early Career’ options too! For university students who have graduated or will graduate soon, we have a 3-year Graduate Scheme, allowing ambitious grads to take on various roles across all Reed companies. In addition, we’ve recently launched a 2-year Tech Graduate Scheme, exclusively focusing on IT/Digital roles. University students looking for a year in industry have the option of undertaking a placement year with Reed also.
