Reed are looking for an Employee Engagement and Communications Coordinator to join their team based in Northampton, Brackmills (with travel to other Reed offices).
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours – Mon to Fri)
Salary: £19,500-£20,500 depending on experience
RPO Talent Partner
Joining an RPO team means there is no need to make sales calls as the contracts have already been won – instead, you’ll be able to focus on the parts of recruitment that you love the most, building strong relationships with your clients and sourcing the best talent/candidates to suit their needs.

- Salary: £22,500 – £25,000 per annum + 20% bonus (paid quarterly)
- Location: Northampton 900 (free parking), and some flexibility to work from home
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
