Reed.co.uk are looking for a Trainer to join their expanding People Team in Holborn, London. 

Part time or Full time


This role will require a mixture of training design, delivery and evaluation. Training will be facilitated through a blend of classroom, virtual, group and 1-2-1 facilitation, as well as facilitating e-learning, which will be tailored to meet the needs of individuals. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the delivery of our Sales and Customer teams induction programme to help ensure co-members receive a great new starter experience; 
  • Create and launch bespoke training modules for our Sales and Customer teams to ensure ongoing development of our co-members supporting and enabling high performing commercial teams 
  • Design, create, develop, customise and maintain learning solution content and resources to deliver agreed, strategic outcomes; included but not limited to customer success training and a consultative selling approach 
  • Support new starters and managers across the organisation by providing 1-2-1 coaching sessions to support their ongoing development;
  • Support Reed.co.uk to deliver upon its strategic aims in alignment with co-member talent and development strategies through L&D interventions across departments

Skills and Experience

  • L&D experience is not essential, though it would be beneficial to give evidence of where you have supported, developed or trained others especially in a Sales environment;
  • A successful track record in a sales and/or customer success role would be advantageous;
  • Strong, proven communication skills;
  • Flexibility and willingness to deliver training at all levels;
  • Attention to detail and delivery, outcome focused;
  • Ability to work to deadlines;
