Team Manager

We are looking  for an additional manager to join our fantastic Talent coordination team in Northampton!

Location: Northampton, Brackmills

Salary: £26-29,000 +Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 

The Talent Coordination team provide a critical support to the outsourced recruitment contracts within Reed Talent solutions.

They are responsible for facilitating the fulfilment of all requests for both temporary and permanent staff for our clients, building strong relationships with the client and our account management team and wider recruitment network within Reed.  You will be working seamlessly with the account management team to ensure we are providing the best service and meeting all of clients expectations ensuring we have a clear understanding and resources in place to fulfil their recruitment requirements.

As a team manager you will motivate, lead and manage a team of coordinators to ensure that all contract needs are being met and support the account management team with all client needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • To effectively manage a team of co-ordinators including individual performance reviews and skill set development
  • Take action to ensure that the Talent coordination team meet, and where possible exceed, all fill rate and revenue generated targets
  • Act as the first escalation point for all issues relating to team members, candidates, clients or suppliers
  • Recording data on relevant systems and databases
  • Producing management information as required
  • Ensuring that all paperwork completed in the recruitment process meets the quality standards established
  • Effective resource planning.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to candidate pipelining to ensure clients requirements are met.
  • Provide strategic direction around activities which the team could undertake to ensure that fill rate targets are met and exceeded

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong team management skills and proven experience is essential 
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or clients 
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated, adaptable and resilient with a solution driven approach
  • Some recruitment experience is desirable
  • Used to working in a fast paced, changing and high pressure environment

We are very open to people from industries and so even if you havent worked in a recruitment role previously, but have experience in retail, hospitality, call centre or customer service roles at management level we would be really keen to speak to you about this role and see if it is the perfect next move for you!
