Talent Sourcing Specialist

Reed Talent Solutions are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our contracts delivery team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your recruitment career with a company that offers fantastic development.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 pa dependent on level of experience, plus bonus earning potential

The Contracts Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to one of Reed Talent Solutions contracts. As part of this RPO, you and your team will be fulfilling the client’s temporary recruitment requirements. The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Specialists role is to accept responsibility for supporting the Talent Delivery Specialists in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will cover all aspects of the recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates via internal job boards, accurately analysing job descriptions in order to identify key aspects of the job requirements and match against a large volume of CVs and also conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles.

What we’re looking for: 

You will need to have previous experience of working in a customer or client facing role in a process driven environment. Experience of working in administration or in a call centre environment would also be desirable. We would also be very keen to speak to anyone with knowledge and experience of recruitment

You will need a min grade C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent and be proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel and MS Word. You must have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation. You must also have effective verbal and written communication skills, be numerate and detail conscious.
