Talent Onboarding Specialist

We’re currently recruiting for a Talent Onboarding Specialist in our Bury Street, London Office on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance and Onboarding of our FOS (Financial Ombudsman Services) candidates, who are going into booking or moving into the GLA (Greater London Authority) contract. 

Your day will be varied, as well as fast paced and includes tasks such as; starting the onboarding for candidates, completing X-Checker applications, obtaining documents, chasing references and more. You will also play an important part in supporting the management of temporary candidates on a daily basis, dealing with time sheets and contractual engagements. 

Our ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, work at pace.

We’d also love someone to bring qualities such as good level of confidence/engagement when dealing with other people, someone who is comfortable to pick up the phone, be firm and push back where required; in this role we do work within SLA’s, so previous experience working to targets/deadlines would be advantageous!
