Talent Executive

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (talent executive) to join Reed HR in Uxbridge!

This is great opportunity to grow our high performing team to support on our recruitment, no sales involved! 

You will play a crucial part in our team, helping to support our recruitment consultants with sourcing high quality candidates and support on compliance and administrative tasks involved in recruitment!  It is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of recruitment and develop their career!

 

The role of a Talent Executive is to manage the attraction and sourcing of candidates who are suitable for the jobs the Recruitment Consultant is looking to fill.  Candidates are not always actively looking for work and effective Talent Executives are able to identify and engage with suitable candidates in order to gain interest and commitment to work with Reed when moving job role.  Our best Talent Executives build strong relationships with their candidates and develop wide networks of contacts in order to supply the best people for our clients in order for Reed to be seen as a trusted recruitment partner.

You’ll need to be highly self-motivated and have a proven track record of success. You will need to create long lasting positive impressions and build relationships on a daily basis with great communication skills

Duties include : 

  • Sourcing Suitable Senior HR, L & D Managers, TA Managers, Senior Recruiters.
  • Submitting to a number of different portals
  • Hitting weekly and monthly KPI Targets
  • Registering candidates
  • Networking through our candidate database, job boards and social media such as LinkedIn

The ideal candidate should have:

– Good relationship building skills 

– An excellent telephone manner 

– Resilience

– Attention to detail
