Talent Executive
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours – Mon to Fri)
Salary: £19500- £21,000

The Talent Coordination team provide a critical support to the outsourced recruitment contracts within Reed Talent solutions. They are responsible for facilitating the fulfilment of all requests for both temporary and permanent staff for our clients, building strong relationships with the client and our account management team and wider recruitment network within Reed.  You will be working seamlessly with the account management team to ensure we are providing the best service and meeting all of clients expectations ensuring we have a clear understanding and resources in place to fulfil their recruitment requirements.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Supporting all recruitment administration, from booking interviews, setting candidates up in new placements and managing weekly timesheet submissions.
  • Weekly update calls with the account management team to ensure clients needs are being met
  • Vacancy briefing calls with the clients
  • Creating and updating reports of recruitment activity, which can be shared with all stakeholders
  • CV checking and shortlisting to the clients
  • Delivering CV and interview feedback to our recruitment suppliers

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a client facing or customer service role
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to targets
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Some previous recruitment or administration experience is desirable but not essential.
