Talent Executive

Role: Talent executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £20,000-24,000

You will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for our external suppliers for our further education division of our Leeds education team, coordinating interviews, applications, offers and all the administrative tasks along the way!

Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by the client, you will be accountable for ensuring that all recruitment tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard, including:

  • Creating and updating MI on a weekly basis which can be produced to key stakeholders
  • Adhere to all SLA’s and be able to identify any concerns and successes
  • Build and maintain Account Management relationships
  • Receive and check orders
  • Raise orders on behalf of Hiring Managers
  • Manage the authority to recruit process
  • Vacancy brief with client
  • Supplier vacancy briefing
  • Release of orders to the supply chain
  • CV checks (quality/GDPR)
  • CV shortlisting against order requirements
  • CV submission to the client
  • Obtaining CV feedback from the client
  • Interview coordination with client and suppliers
  • Obtaining interview feedback from the client
  • Offer and negotiation management client and supplier
  • Tracking compliances offer to pre-start
  • Maintaining the issues and escalations log
  • providing updates to the Account Management Team
Who are we looking for? 
– Must be a confident communicator, able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders in a professional manner 
– Excellent systems and technology skills
– Able to manage a busy workload, working to targets and SLA 
– Experience working in a client facing role
– Some basic recruitment or sourcing experience is preferable but not essential
