Talent Co-Ordinator
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours – Mon to Fri)
Salary: £19,500- £20,000

The Talent co-ordination Team within Reed Talent Solutions provide a critical function in support of outsourced recruitment contracts covering both private and public sector clients. The team consists of Talent Co-ordinators, Talent Service Providers and Flexible Resource Executives.

The team manage the fulfilment of large-scale requests for temporary and/or permanent staff and cover all aspects, including managing the client and supplier relationships, providing updates to clients around the successful fulfilment of their requirements and managing offers that the client would like to make to candidates. This role will entail high volumes of administrative tasks which are key in ensuring that we provide an excellent service to our clients and key stakeholders.

The role of a Talent Co-ordinator is to support the management of the recruitment pipeline provided from the above parties. Candidates are then passed directly to the client for consideration for their available roles. The Talent Co-ordinator will be responsible for actioning any administrative tasks that sit alongside the recruitment of each role which are crucial to ensuring a positive client and candidate experience, this includes management of any relevant inboxes.

Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by each client, you will be accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard, including:

  • Processing rate adjustments
  • AWR management
  • Processing worker extensions
  • Chasing timesheet approvals
  • Cost centre amendments
  • Processing changes to a candidate’s booking
  • End Date Management
  • System Management
  • Timesheet Chasers
  • Complete Weekly/Periodic adhoc administrative tasks
  • Creating client’s new logins and providing systems training
  • Uploading Timesheet Data
