Reed Professional Services are part of REED Global, a management consultancy, technology services and outsourcing company. We specialise in IT and associated sectors, providing a mix of high value consultancy, advisory services, project delivery and programme management to globally recognised clients.
The primary role is to effectively resource the talent required to resource Reed Professional Services Work Packages, Projects and Consultancy Engagements. The business model is built on Practices, the Talent Acquisition Specialist role within that is to resource and engage with appropriately skilled resources to provide the capability for this Practices and maintain the ongoing relationship with resource when they are not engaged on Reed PS assignments. The talent pools they create and develop via ATS will then be the first port of call to fill all new assignments.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be expected to become a Subject Matter expert in all resource techniques and models and be a leader within the team and guide the Talent Acquisition Specialists to search for the appropriately skilled resources.
To be a Subject Matter Expert in the following areas:
- Sourcing techniques
- CV reviewing
- Creating and posting Job adverts
- Liaising between the team and wider business
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to deliver a high standard into our Consultancy Managers to provide specific identification, pre-screening, interviewing and other validation services to forecasted, speculative and live roles to ensure new Associates are the best fit and the best available.
