Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reed Professional Services operate differently, as they offer unique consultancy and project support to their clients and are now looking for someone to support their recruitment function for these.

They work with some fantastic clients including the BBC, ITV, Barclays and the Home Office to name a few… Wouldn’t you want to help our key clients to deliver their projects with the best talent?!

It would be your responsibility to support with finding talented individuals, pre-screening, interviewing and other validation services. You’d need to ensure candidates are comfortable and fully briefed with the processes and procedures used by RPS.

You would be able to build and maintain engagement with first-class talent pools, to source suitable talent promptly for the projects being delivered. This role will entail large scale projects, you’d be expected to take the lead and build strong relationships with Stakeholders, Hiring Managers, Consultancy Managers and the Talent Delivery Team.
