We specialise in IT and associated sectors, providing a mix of high value consultancy, advisory services, project delivery and programme management to globally recognised clients.
What will the role entail?
The primary role is to effectively resource the talent required to deliver Reed Professional Services Work Packages, Projects, and Consultancy Engagements.
The STAS will work with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to deliver a high standard of work to provide specific identification, pre-screening, interviewing and other validation services to forecasted, speculative and live roles to ensure new Suppliers are the best fit and the best available.
To assist the Talent Acquisition Team Leader in continuing to build and maintain a first-class talent pools and virtual workforce which can then be utilised to find suitable talent as quickly as possible.
You will need to demonstrate at a high level in different sourcing techniques, CV reviewing, creating & posting job adverts and excellent communication skills to all stakeholders.
