Screening Support – Kickstart Scheme

The purpose of the Screening Support role is to give a participant on the Kickstart scheme an opportunity to gain valuable insight and practical experience of working within the recruitment sector.
The role will work alongside a Screening Executive or across a team to learn how to effectively screen candidates for our customer businesses. The Screening Support role will also present an opportunity, to learn how to support with administration relating to recruitment activity and compliance within the office environment.
Supported by a structured training plan which combines both on job and off job training, this position will give a Kickstarter an insight into customer service and administration.
