A talent-spotting Resourcer is needed to join our successful and expanding recruitment team in Reading.

Role: Resourcer
Location: Reading (Blended home and office working)
 £20,000 – £22,000 dependant on experience
Contract: Full time permanent
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 37.5 Hours

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support office performance through non-sales related business
  • You will manage the attraction and sourcing of candidates who are suitable for the jobs our consultants are looking to fill.
  • You will also deliver an exceptional level of service to candidates and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with their candidates and develop wide networks of contacts in order to supply the best people for our clients in order for Reed to be seen as a trusted recruitment partner.

  • Ideally you will have experience of a customer facing role, be used to using multiple systems and are able to follow set processes.
