Our Reed office in Ipswich are looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to focus on the temporaries accountancy market looking at part qualified finance professionals. This very profitable recruitment ‘desk’ is currently billing over £130k per year and has only become available due to internal movement. Has lots of further growth potential to work with some existing clients in other industries as well as develop new client relationships.

Recruitment Desk: Temporary recruitment into the accountancy market of part qualified finance professionals across East Anglia and the North Home Counties. Currently billing over £130k per annum with lots of potential growth.

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period
Salary: £24,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

As a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant, you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of cold calling, business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.

Who would suit this role?
We are open to experience; however, we are ideally looking for sales professionals/client facing professionals, or someone with recruitment knowledge, or strong account management experience looking to transition into the lucrative world of recruitment. You will also need to have the right mindset to be driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, tenacious, good at relationship building and confident on the phone are key.
