Recruitment Consultant – Temps Desk
This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to join an extremely successful team on a busy and long established desk with numerous warm relationships.
Location: The office is based in Raynes Park however, the recruitment will cover the Richmond area (please note that we offer hybrid working, a mix of work from home and office throughout the week)
We have a new opening to join one of the highest performing Reed regions nationwide. There is no particular experience required to be successful in this role, we are simply looking for highly motivated and target driven individuals with a determination to succeed. You will be working alongside some of the highest billing consultants in the company with a wealth of knowledge with over 50 years recruitment experience between them. This is a great opportunity to join a team and make a quick impact in the business due to the client base and the relationships already in place, and have the close guidance of an extremely experienced manager to ensure you are set up for success.
The office has a successful team covering Business Support, Accountancy & Finance and Marketing & Creative. Recruiting across some of the most affluent postcodes in London. i.e., Chelsea, Fulham, Putney, Richmond, Twickenham, and have a number of established clients in the area.
The area has diverse industry sectors with key clients in Media, Construction, Charity, Education, Sports & Leisure, Technology, Consultancy and Retail/Fashion.

What’s the job?
This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed. You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business. Day to day the role includes:
- Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
- Attending meetings with business clients
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
