Our Reed Accountancy division based in Plymouth are looking for a new Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the South West. 

Job Role: Temporaries Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy across the South West

Company: Reed

Location: Suite 4E, Ground Floor, Princess Court, Princess Street, Plymouth, PL1 2EX

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum plus bonus – but open to negotiate for sales/recruitment experience

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role?

Our Reed Accountancy division based in Plymouth are looking for a new Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the South West. 

As a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of cold calling, business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.

Who would suit this role?

We are open to experience, however we are ideally looking for sales professionals, or someone with recruitment knowledge, or strong account management experience looking to transition into the lucrative world of recruitment. You will also need to have the right mindset to be driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, tenacious, good at relationship building and confident on the phone are key. Obviously, we are always interested in speaking to experienced Recruiters who have demonstratable knowledge in the industry. We are mainly looking for someone with the right attitude and we can train the rest!
