Position: Recruitment Consultant – Reed Education, Preston
Salary: £21,000-£30,000 – plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

What does the role entail?
Maintaining and developing business from existing schools and converting schools that don’t use to ‘users’. High volumes of phone based sales calls. Your desk will grow and develop from high levels of activity which is the cornerstone of this role. You will be expected to attend client meetings and convert non users to active clients and interview and grow your pool of candidates. KPI targets will be set and audit and compliance requirements must be met working in the education sector.

Upon joining your new team, you will receive full support where needed from your Manager and colleagues, to ensure you’re performing at your best, utilising your current skills, knowledge, and experiences. You’ll be working with a team who have 20+ years’ experience within this business area, who can’t wait to meet a new team member to share best practices with! In return you will need sales experience and a willingness to work in a high paced environment.
