Recruitment Consultant – Perms Desk
Reed Leeds are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team specialising in Business Support recruitment.
Office Location: Leeds – please note that we offer hybrid working – a mix of work from home and office throughout the week.
As a Recruitment Consultant in the team, you would be targeting a number of sectors including FMCG, Property, Charities, Business Services and many more. The types of roles we specialise in are Administrators, PA’s, Office Managers, Project Managers and Sales candidates. This is a busy, fast paced role where no two days are the same, a typical day / week in the job would involve:
- Business Development: proactively calling clients to win new business and building a network of clients and candidates, building effective client relationships using phone, emails, video calls and in-person meetings
- Candidate attraction: developing a pipeline of candidates relevant to your desk remit using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and the Reed database
- Managing the recruitment process: matching candidates to suitable roles, presenting their CV to clients, co-ordinating interviews and managing the offer process
- Marketing: advertising jobs, building a brand on LinkedIn
- Administration: completing all admin tasks for your desk including compliance checks for any candidates you’re working with
This role suits someone with a strong sales or customer service background who would thrive working in a target driven environment. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a sales-based role and you’ll work to monthly KPIs and financial targets but is incredibly rewarding as you can develop relationships with your clients and help your candidates progress in their career.
