Recruitment Consultant – Perms Desk

Job Role: Permanents Consultant – Engineering & Manufacturing

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: £22,000 – £35,000 per annum based on experience, plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

As part of the UKs most recognised recruitment brand, REED engineering partner with some of the biggest names in industry to supply specialist technical staff. This will be a warm desk with live roles and high value accounts for you to work on from day one so there is excellent earning potential for an ambitious person.

You will have access to the latest recruitment technology and systems along with a mix of flexible home working options and working with the team in our Bristol city centre offices.

If you have experience recruiting for technical roles within the engineering and manufacturing sector or you are looking to progress your career and move into a recruitment role within this exciting industry then this could be ideal for you! This could suit someone with either a 360 recruitment background or someone who has experience of managing accounts and placing technical candidates.
