Recruitment Consultant – Perms Desk

Would you like to recruit for Insurance Brokers across Birmingham?  Reed’s successful mega site in Birmingham has a vacancy within its high performing General Insurance business working across the Financial Services and Banking sector.

 

 

  • Role: Recruitment Consultant
  • Specialism: General Insurance
  • Location: Birmingham (with blended home working and office working)
  • Salary: £22,500 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience + bonus scheme)
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
  • Contract: Full Time Permanent

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Strategic business development – B2B sales calls
  • Sourcing suitable candidates via several different methods
  • Matching candidates to your existing & new client base and vice versa, as well as arranging interviews/meetings between the two
  • Marketing recruitment services through a variety of mediums

Required skills and attributes:

  • Outstanding communication skills, resilience, and dedication to succeed
  • Ability to judge & prioritise multiple demands whilst delivering fast-paced service excellence
