Our team in Hatfield  have been going from strength to strength, hitting best ever months consistently and we now need our next top biller to join the team! We are keen to speak to anyone with a passion for working with people to provide the best possible service, who wants to succeed and grow in their career, not afraid to pick up the phone and ultimately be rewarded for all your hard work! 

Ideal candidates will have:

– Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills

– Experience working to targets or deadlines in a previous role, driven by exceeding expectations

– Confident communicating with a range of people, proven experience of this.

– Experience working in a fast paced environment, able to juggle multiple tasks.

– Previous sales or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential

 

Day to day you will be growing your network of both clients and candidates, ensuring you develop strong relationships through a range of channels including face to face meetings, video calls, job boards and social media. Ultimately we want to place the best candidates into the vacancies of our clients as efficiently as possible and that is why we need you!
