We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development professional to join our Reed Secure team in Bristol. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hiring within the specialisms of former police officers, security cleared professionals, and cyber security experts. You will be instrumental in developing strong relationships and delivering significant new business wins across various sectors.
Day to day of the role:
- Create and develop a target list of key prospective clients and contacts.
- Engage in sales activities through telephone, email, face-to-face meetings, digital marketing, and events.
- Maximise the conversion of opportunities by proactively targeting clients.
- Maintain accurate reporting and a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the senior management team and bid team to develop sales and marketing literature specific to Reed Secure and Security Cleared markets.
- Complete proposals, formal tender responses, and deliver presentations on proposed solutions.
- Ensure adherence to tender processes, working with the Bid Team to maintain compliance with standards and protocols.
- Manage commercial pricing, service levels, and legal negotiations with support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development.
- Clear and effective communication skills.

- Consultative nature with the ability to influence.
