Hybrid: After your initial 12 weeks imbedding period you can choose to do 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home 
Salary: 
£24,000-£27,000 – plus uncapped, individual bonus earning potential paid every 4 weeks
Hours: 
Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 5pm (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

 

What is this role?

Reed operates five national further education (FE) hubs which cover the whole of the UK. FE consultants work in partnership with clients from our Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL’s) to make initial contact to understand their recruitment requirements, then identify and source the best further education professionals across all institutions, including colleges, sixth forms, prisons, leadership roles and training providers. We provide a full suite of recruitment solutions, including temporary, permanent, fixed-term contract, interim and managed services.

 

Nottingham is currently made up of a successful team 10 recruitment professionals ranging from Talent Executives to Business Leads and headed up by Debbie as the Business Manager. All of the team are performing exceptionally well and have experienced fast client growth, including our newest Recruiter who is already billing £5k by her 4th month in the team.

 

Your role will be to maintain and grow a warm desk by supplying into large existing PSL contracts, as well as to conduct business development to bring on new clients through the PSLs. Working predominantly within the Further Education sector, there are future plans to expand into the Higher Education sector which will bring even more opportunity.

 

 

Who would suit this role: 

We are looking for someone who either has existing recruitment experience, or someone with sales or business development-based experience. Reed offers industry award winning training and development so we are happy to train you in the role, but you will need to have some prior knowledge and experience in a client facing role.
