We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in a sales driven environment, who is able to take a strategic approach to the market.
Although we would also consider candidates with experience of selling recruitment or outsourced solutions, ideally with an involvement in scoping projects that require high levels of experience.
We want you to show us that you have demonstrable experience/understanding of working to a senior level within the Public Sector, as here at Reed Secure you will be working within a really niche specialism, hiring for Security Cleared Professionals.

We specialise in Cyber Security, Policing, Government, Defence, Aerospace and Nuclear, which are of course spectacularly niche. As such, we’re looking for strong, experienced recruiters/sales professionals who can hold credible conversations with mid to senior level candidates regarding the placement of Contractors, Consultants, Temporary workers, Permanent hires, and Exec level appointments – Encompassing a wide variety of product solutions throughout the whole of the UK.
Our office network continues to grow, with key identified locations for Reed Secure in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, London, and Northampton. Our teams have a strong collaborative culture where better never stops and innovation is fundamental to progressing our client solutions, adding value to their business, becoming a trusted partner, and supporting their development and growth.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Reed Secure Thomas Cross, who is committed to supporting everyone with ongoing career development through ongoing leadership, encouragement to undertake learning and development opportunities and mentorship programmes.
