Reed are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Team in Bristol
Salary: £20,000 to £29,000 (experience dependant) + uncapped commission
Role Type: Permanent/Full Time/Immediate Start
A superb opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on an established desk within the busy and friendly Construction team for Reed in their Bristol office.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a 360 Recruitment environment. A combination of your experience and our structured training will enable you to fully utilise your existing skillset with the prospect of furthering your career. We are looking for a dynamic and resilient individual that is results driven.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to identify, develop, and manage client relationships and grow your network to attract new candidates and clients. Negotiate fees, confidently win new business, and maintain client relationships over long periods.
The role covers the recruitment of white collar candidates for the built environment. This is a sales & service role, there is admin support to cover timesheets etc so your focus will be on putting (fully compliant) candidates in jobs.
You will be juggling and prioritising a fast-paced workload whilst delivering the best service to your candidates and clients, which is why REED is the recruiter of choice for so many.
