Reed Education are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Plymouth!
REED Education is the fastest growing division within Reed Specialist Recruitment, and due to continued success we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work with Schools and candidates in Plymouth. The role is to work on the ‘Secondary’ desk to promote teachers, LSA’s, whole school recruitment and tutors. This role is replacing a consultant who has generated a good amount of money on this desk and built strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Salary: £19,000 to £33,500 (experience dependant) + uncapped commission
Role Type: Permanent/Full Time/ Immediate Start
The consultant is being recruited for a warm secondary desk in the Plymouth office. We have clients who have worked with us for many years that still regularly book supply with us. Certain clients that contact us for permanent roles only, which means quick wins for the consultant.
The consultant would have the opportunity to recruit for all of Cornwall and Devon for whole school recruitment, tutors and other educational staff. Its in Reed’s best interest to find out more about the consultant and if they would have their own ideas on how to bring in income for the branch.
Recruitment is largely business development focused, and will involve cold calling to new and existing clients to develop strong relationships and winning new contracts. You will be joining a warm desk in a successful branch boosting your earning potential on our uncapped bonus scheme!
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle
Meeting with clients
Sourcing candidates by networking and headhunting
