We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join Reed Education in Reading
Salary: £20,000 – £29,500 plus uncapped bonus
Hours: Full Time (37.5 per week) Monday-Friday, Permanent, Dynamic working (Work from home 2 days a week)
A Recruitment Consultants role is largely business development focused, and will involve cold calling to new and existing clients to develop strong relationships and winning new contracts. You will be joining a warm desk in a successful branch boosting your earning potential on our uncapped bonus scheme!
You will be responsible for:
Identifying new business opportunities
Business development calls
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle
Meeting with clients
Sourcing candidates by networking and headhunting
Opportunity to earn uncapped commission
