Reed Education are currently looking for a ambitious, sales driven Recruitment Consultant to run a brand new Ancillary Desk to cover the Bristol and surrounding area’s. There is a huge need for Administration staff, Cleaning staff, Caretaking staff etc in all schools across the South West – and this desk will be able to target the Primary, Secondary and SEN sectors. The opportunity will include being able to place temp and perm candidates making it a hybrid desk that no one else has ever run before meaning the sky really is the limit as you wont be stepping on anyone’s toes! We currently service schools that come to us with these types of vacancies and our fill rate is superb – without having a dedicated consultant to cover it even.
The role can a work from home or remote role, or an office based role.
It will require a Recruitment Consultant who likes a varied day, and a fast paced work environment. They must enjoy being part of a wider team and also be a great team player. It will be a busy desk with lots going on, and so a consultant who can manage their time, and organise their priorities will be key.
A Recruitment Consultant’s role is largely business development focused, and will involve cold calling to new and existing clients to develop strong relationships and winning new contracts.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying new business opportunities
Business development calls
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle
Meeting with clients
Sourcing candidates by networking and headhunting
