Product Manager

We’re searching for a Product Manager to be part of our product team and help change recruitment for the better. 

As a Product Manager focused on SEO and CRM you will be working closely with the Senior Product Managers on B2C, B2B, and Search as well as the Marketing team to optimise the user experience and connect with our users. You’ll work within a cross-functional team focused on developing and prioritising initiatives which provide an effective and impactful growth strategy across the Reed.co.uk Jobs estate.

What you’ll do

Building consensus around roadmap priorities and defining what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals and strategies

  • Work with the cross functional teams to plan and prioritise any work that requires pairwise coding or is a more fundamental change.

  • Evangelize SEO and CRM and work towards fixing legacy issues.

  • Research market SEO trends and bring them to the attention of the team and partners.

  • Drive the analysis of SEO performance, combining insights of external and internal changes.

  • Constantly be on the lookout for new SEO opportunities and use data to identify them.

  • Communicate roadmap, performance and plans to stakeholders and execs. 

  • Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to aid efficient delivery & communication

  • With the help of an agency, ensure the day-to-day execution of SEO work is accomplished, including keyword research, competitive analysis, technical auditing, page optimization, editorial strategy, UX / SEO designs, authority acquisition strategy, and troubleshooting organic traffic anomalies

  • Leading daily standups, project kickoffs, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

Your skills

  • You have 3+ years of product management experience

  • Strong commercial skills, able to prioritise tasks based on overall value and effort and see the bigger picture

  • The ability to think creatively and innovate

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

  • An excellent track record of successful digital product management across B2C products, driving customer satisfaction and large scale growth within an Agile environment.

  • You are comfortable challenging (or being challenged) on a numerical basis to ensure all decisions grounded in data.

  • You have a proven track record for leading through influence, guiding multiple teams with your product vision, and generating excitement for your work
