Product Analyst

Overview

As a Product Analyst at Reed.co.uk you will work across a number of exciting digital products within web and mobile, making use of several platforms to drive customer insight. This is a varied role that will focus on improving our customer experience and product development through data stories and meaningful insights, driving change across the business.

What you’ll do

• Interrogate digital customer behaviour to understand how customers are interacting with our products
• Develop and maintain data visualisation and KPI dashboards
• Work with stakeholders to define metrics, goals and forecasts
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
• Proactively contribute and track OKRs for your Product team
• Collaborate with Optimisation teams to implement and assess the performance of A/B and MVT testing site-wide
• Take part in exploratory and proactive analysis across product areas and present back to stakeholders

What you’ll need

• A passion for problem solving and critical thinking
• Ability to operate with minimal direction, as well as able to structure your approach to data analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, with an ability to take a lead role on projects or challenge current processes 
• Strong background in commercial; competitor; statistical analysis within the digital space
• Proven experience in a market leading web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience in A/B or MVT testing, both implementation and results interpretation
• Proficient in SQL
