Graduate Product Analyst (eCommerce)
With the growth of our online presence, Reed.co.uk are looking for a graduate product analyst to join the analytics teams and drive our insights across the eCommerce platform.
You will have a passion for digital analytics, numbers and delivering insight and be instrumental in providing the business with recommendations on which to form key business decisions and help us deliver an effective eCommerce strategy.
Working closely with the eCommerce team, you will make use of Google Analytics 360, Looker, Adobe Target, BigQuery and numerous other platforms to drive insights and provide recommendations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the business has a strong grasp of the eCommerce platform, it’s performance, as well as highlighting areas for improvement.
The role will be varied and will require you to have a real enthusiasm for all things digital and a passion to improve our eCommerce offering. If you’re interested in solving problems instead of simply presenting data, prefer to translate statistics into stories, and turn research into meaningful insights, then this is the role for you. You will also be responsible for senior stakeholder management, with the ability to drive real change across the business.
What you’ll do
Interrogate large amounts of data to understand how we can provide an improved product experience for our customers
Develop and maintain data visualisation and KPI dashboards that reflect the best ways to simplify data to various audiences
Work with product owners and other stakeholders to define metrics, goals and forecasts, whilst monitoring against these
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with Optimisation teams to implement and assess the performance of A/B and MVT testing site-wide
Take part exploratory and proactive analysis across the product areas and present these findings back to stakeholders
Support the product team in operational challenges, including vendor analysis
What you’ll need
A passion for problem-solving and critical thinking
Recent graduates who have achieved 2:1
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants who are organised and have a good attention to detail
A proactive mindset, where you can learn from mistakes
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
An interest in the digital space
An interest in a programming language i.e. SQL, R or Python
