What you’ll achieve in the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our brand and our message to new clients. Working across Consultancy+ and the wider Reed Group your role will take our message to market and be the way through which we continue to grow and innovate our services and our business. Through working with our experienced teams you will have the tools, training, and support to be able to help us continue on our growth journey.
We have some of the most successful people across any part of the Reed Group working as our Business Development Managers. This shows the calibre of the people you will work with as well as the level at which we will support you to work at.
What you’ll be doing
Our Business Development Managers are responsible for generating new clients and new business for Consultancy+. Through a consultative and understanding led approach, you will build relationships with some of the most senior people in some of the largest organisations in the world.
As such, your role is critical and without you and our wider team of Business Development Managers we would not be the business that we are today, and we would not have the reputation that we have with our clients. So, when you are joining our team, we know that we need to support you to be the best you can be, as that is the best way for us to ensure that you can help us achieve our goals.
We provide full training and on-boarding support, a wide library of job specific and wider attribute training, on-going sales support forums and collaboration, a 9-month ‘no threshold’ bonus scheme, a team bonus scheme, and a clear career path to success.
When doing the role we will ensure that you have a clear focus and direction as on-going support from the team and your manager. We will also support you with access to the best industry tools and information:
- HubSpot as a market-leading CRM tool
- Reed in-house database of prospect clients and a library of case studies
- Specialist LinkedIn access and third-party data base tools
